The idea for cascade-gazelle emerged from a frustration many of us have felt: travel agencies that push packages rather than listening to what you actually want to experience.
After years working in hospitality and tourism across Europe, our founder returned to Birmingham with a different vision. What if travel planning focused less on selling predetermined itineraries and more on understanding each traveler's curiosity?
We opened in 2019 with that question as our foundation. Since then, we've helped hundreds of individuals and families design journeys that reflect their interests rather than someone else's template.
Travel isn't a transaction. It's an investment in perspective.
We don't measure success by how many bookings we close in a week. We measure it by whether travelers return with stories that changed something in them.
This means sometimes recommending a longer stay in fewer places. It means suggesting you skip the famous museum and visit the neighborhood market instead. It means being honest when a destination doesn't match what you're seeking.

Based on our discussion, we create a detailed proposal with accommodation options, activity suggestions, and estimated costs. Nothing is confirmed until you approve.
Once you're satisfied with the plan, we handle all reservations and send you a comprehensive travel document with confirmations and contact information.
We remain available if plans need to change or if you need assistance. Many travelers check in with us for real-time recommendations.
